Stock Brakes Interchangable?

Hey guys just wondering if any1 knows if you could take the stock calipers, rotors and brackets from a newer maxima and put them on an older one to act like a biggrer brake kit???????

example taking those off say an 08 maxima and putting them on 4th gen.

and if it was possible, would it be worth it??
