Hi - I just read this thread, and yes, I have the Jbars installed - they're part of the first production run he did, back in the day. Installation was easy enough, and I had to use a conduit bender to shape the driver's side Jbar to clear the automatic tranny. The passenger side was kinda close to the top of the oil filter so I used the short filter and no problems.

You remove the two chain-down eyes from the front frame (two or three bolts) and instead bolt in a steel plate drilled for the same frame holes and one hole for the bolt thru the Heim joint on one end of the bar. The other end has another Heim joint and a bolt goes thru that into an existing hole in the control arm The front end of each bar has a lot of adjustment since the Heim joint screws into the end of each Jbar, with a locking nut to keep anything from changing.

These work very well, eliminate wheel hop and improve steering stability.

I looked in my Photobucket account, but I didn't see any Jbars photos there.
