s14 coilovers on 2000 maxima

I have a coworker that is willing to give me a full set of kw adjustable coilovers from his old s14. But will they even fit for size could I modify to accept them, I know they are not cheap so free with a little work is acceptable.

You will likely need top and bottom mounts for the front and rear.
