Probing Q's about looking for a DE-K engine

I found a DE-K that had 16k miles on it for $700 not including shipping cost, which is $200 bones. He stated that all the accessories would need to be added to it to make it work. Ive never heard anyone here speak of needing to get the accessories to make the engine run. My question is, Are they all like this where I need to transfer the accessories over or can one be found with the accessories already attached?

Also, does it matter that there arent any accessories on it?

most engines are sold without accesories (starter, alternator, a/c compressor, etc...)

Correct, that's what he was talking about. Also check car-part.com for the very lowest price. I got my 01 DE-K w/ 30k for $600 shipped.
