FL weather FTW. I've kinda given up on getting the tranny on for now and i'm working on getting everthing else back together. This is the last time I will ever attempt to install a tranny. I'm buying a tranny jack tonight so hopefully it helps some. I will also begin drill the PFTB to fit the 3.5 neck. I've already marked the holes. The tracks open up sunday so I've been trying to get all of our cars ready by then. I might call in sick tomorrow. Here are pics just because.
As for the Pathy TB. I have a pathy tb myself and was trying to avoid an adapter plate (im cheap and anxious right now, lol). Are you going to be the first to drill through the Pathy TB? Link to others who have? Those pilot holes look great so far. Nice and centered out. I thinko im gonna go out and drill mine. I love to re invent the wheel because its cheaper than experimenting. Thank you org engineers! LOL.

LOL, I said the same thing. THe same thread inspiring ppl to go 3.5 and these ppl that were inspired are all done, lol.
Firstly, is it auto? If its auto, you should definitely remove the front 2 crossmember bolts and lower the crossmember to install, uninstall. Also need to lock the torque converter in the tranny, but line up the threaded hole in the tq convertor to the hole in the flex plate (line them both up to 6 o clock position) So put the tq converter on the input shaft of the tranny and rotate til the holes look like they will be relatively close. You NEED a tranny jack man, its a ***** without it and its like 60 bucks from harbor freight. i love it. Make sure the dowel pins are removed if the engine had em and the tranny had em. Vise grip extras and wiggle em out. Put the tranny up, slide 2 bolts through it on opposite ends and the last thing is rotate the crank a tad to line the holes up for the tq converter. Thats how I do em everytime, and ive installed lots.

You should post pics of your finished TB just so eveybodycan get an idea of what it looks like. I still have 1 hole to drill.
