Do VQ35 stroker cranks respect the deck height
Do the VQ35 stroker cranks keep the TDC of the stroke the same as the stock crank? Does anyone know if the 350Z's VQ35 and the 5th Gen Maxima's VQ35 have the same deck height?

VQ30/VQ35 deck heights are identical @ 8.44" or 215mm VQ37/VQ40 deck height is 8.795" just for comparison... |
Sorry to threadjack, but since it's on the topic do stroker cranks have smaller diameter bearing journals to achieve long throw?

i think the holes in the counter weights are drilled at an offset so there is more throw on bottom dead center side of things. which if true means you could put a 3.5 stroker crank in a vq30 as wells as a stock vq35 crank.

most if not ALL stroker cranks for ANY engine will be the same. Only difference is the longer throws.
