CD player won't eject CDs
 

My alpine won't eject the CDs all the way out. I have to use another CD player to push it back in and eject and puch it back in until it comes out or comes out enough to where I can pull it out. Before I installed remote wire to hook up my amps it was working fine. Is my CD player worth opening it up to look at what the problem might be or should I start saving for a CDA-7893 ( I think). Oh and one more thing, I figure I should ask instead of posting this questions on a seperate thread but when I turn off the car, my front speaker give this little thump. Does anyone know what is causing this. Thanks guys.
