i have the avm-7000r if heard if you ground that wire that says parking brake, u can have the tv's on while u drive. is that tru or do u hook it up to something else?

also has anyone mounted a ps2 or xbox underneath the drivers seat? i want to mount the xbox but i dont think it will fit

Yea if you ground that wire, the TVs will stay on all the time.
Xbox wont fit under the Passenger seat. The PS2 just BARELY clears but it fits. But I actually wired the PS2 to be direct 12V. No point in having 120V inverter and then pluging in the PS2 which then converts it again back to 12V DC. Just need to wire some parts and put a low voltage dropout chip.

any idea where i can get some instructions on how i can wire the ps2 directly 12v and where i can get the chip? whats the cost?

I figured it out. No real directions. Took about $40 in parts.
