Maxima Forums - Few Q's on kenwood excelon amp.

My friend wants to sell his 10" rockford hx2 and his kenwood excelon kac-x401m amp. I am more interested in the amp. What is a reasonable price for that amp? Does anyone hear good/bad things about it?He owned it for about 2 years, bought it new. It has been sitting at his home for about a year. It's in good condition. The last time i heard it in his car, it sounded good to me.

and also... I have a 99 SE with stock bose system. I have a pioneer hu ( i think it's DEH P4400??) anyways.. yeah.. that's all i have, an aftermarket HU, with stock speakers.. Should i not even consider buying his 10" HX2? What is the resonable price for the sub?
