battery terminals, and the inline fuse for the big 3
 

So i just got my Knukonceptz 1/0 to upgrade the "big 3" and some battery terminals, what i need to know is if the 200amp fuse they sent me with the holder is big enough for the alternator pos. to battery pos.? And also if anyone has switched out the positive batt. terminal and if so what did they do with the stock wiring thats plugged in right before the stock terminal? (it kinda looks like a sensor or something not too sure about it) Also any tips on crimping ring terminals on 1/0 without a vice? Thanks alot

That fuse is fine for that. The only real need for the fuse is god forbid you get into a accident and the wire gets pinched or grounded out it can cause a fire or battery to explod. As for the battery termial I cant tell you without seeing it as I have a 3rd gen and not a 4th. I dunno if your talking about the red thing but if it is that you can slide dat piece off. As for the 0 gauge your gonna have to get a little creative. A vice would be the easiest way but if you dont have one, a hammer would be your best bet. Take a pliers and try to pinch the down the wire into it so it stays still and go at with a hammer.

i found a way to crimp the wire, and yea im talking about the red thing it looks like i could just connect it and put it in with the rest of the power wire i guess, thanks tho

Leave the factory alt pos to batt pos there, you dont need to mess with it as removing it accomplishes nothing. Current will take the path of least resistance.

yea i actually ended up leaving all the factory wiring there, i just added the 1/0 to it. overall results seems to be louder and a little clearer maybe not really sure yet i didnt drive very much today i guess will see over a few days

The 200 amp fuse is fine. I bought the knukoncepts battery terminals and 1/0 gauge "kompressed" wire. I think you're talking about the other two wires connected to the red thing. I had purcahsed a set of ring terminals with the allen screws and used one of the those connect the other two wire (I believe they're both 10 gauge). As for the stock positive battery cable, I stuck it in the 4 gauge slot for knukoncepts terminal. You can get a table mounted vise at lowes for 20 bucks if you're using the regular ring terminals.
