Going to go take a nap. 3 hrs. then to get up and go over the class notes for my test. I need a 52 to get a B and a 83 to get an A. I should have started earlier, but that is a common theme for me. I put all my energy in the finance final. Woo hoo. After this final I will nap again and then resume the build. The Havoc's shall be here Friday. And I don;t have class. Too bad the ports don't come till next week. Till tomorrow, and all a goodnight.

There was a mixup at the facility with PE, so my stuff shipped Tues, instead of Monday. I should get it by this Monday-ish.
Pics there will be a plenty. I assure you.

So upon further inspection, the sheet metal on my doors looks like swiss cheese. I have gone through too many mids. So I tried to use some exsiting holes to mount the new baffles. The baffle sits too high now. so I am going to drop it roughly 1/2" tomorrow when I have more light. I can't cut any more of the door panel to make it fit on the top side because of the curve in the door and the map pocket, I do have some room on the bottom though.
I think the only thing I can do at this point is make a baffle for the inside of the sheet metal. Maybe coat it with resin as well to keep it from getting damaged. I can't think of any other way to adress the issue without getting more sheet metal welded in. Not going to do that though.
Any suggestions? And no, I won't post pics of the door till the grill is made.
