I take it, that's a Bose system? Only thing that I can think of is the amp turn-on wire (remote turn on, usually blue).

if it's the wire wouldn't it effect the rest of the speakers too coz they all are connected tot he same amp?

Scratch that. You are using the RCA outputs, from the deck. That will allow the door speakers to use the stock amps, but at very low volume ( I switched to line level outputs + LOC because of that). However, you need to have the remote turn on wire connected for the sub to work.

i hooked that wire think i hooked it to the wrong one? every theing works good except the sub woofer (the most important thing to me)

Well, the only thing that I can think of is amp turn on wire. Recheck your stuff.

Might be related to using the low level rca outputs, from the deck. I switched to hard wiring from the line level outputs, with a LOC (since you're basically double amping the speakers by doing this). How do the door speakers sound? Do you need to turn it up higher than with the stock head unit?

the door speakers are fine in fact the sound is more quality than it was with the bose, also what is a LOC?
thanks
