Audio guru's thoughts on this amp?

found it on egay.

IT will be pushing polk audio rm6501 seperates rated at 10-100 watts rms with a 300 watt max for the front.
polk audio rm651 for the rears. 55 watt rms with 165 peak.
all at 4 ohms.

what makes it junk is the build quality, design, and components used. what makes everyone say its junk without knowing anything about it is the brand.
