new amp for 10" sub....advice please

I have a pioneer ts-w254c 10" sub that I bought a long time ago and I am finally going to put in in my car. I dont need anything big and booming, just a little extra base. The specs on the sub are 250w rms, 500w peak.

I was looking at the pioneer GM-3300T amp to run that sub in a sealed box. It rated 150w x 1 in bridged.

However, I came across a pioneer PRS-X320 that I can get for a really low price. Its rated at 200w x 1 bridged, but I also have seen that the actual numbers are much higher:

This is showing 430w which is much higher than the 250w that the sub is rated for. Would i run a risk of blowing my sub if I use this amp? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading.

No set the gains appropriately and you will be fine. Keep the gaine faily low and you'll be fine.
