How's this look?
 

I just got a set of Infinity Perfect 6.1 components and a pair of 62.7i speakers from my brother. My car is awaiting a trip to the body show so I thought I might plan my install. There is already two amps so I plan to power these speakers with them. I plan to mount the two amps and crossovers onto a piece of plywood with two 1x1's on the mounted on the back to keep space between the wires and the back seat. Holes will be drilled in it to pull the wires through the rear of the plywood and then maybe carpet it.

I thought about adding a rectangular cutout around the cross overs and putting two henge on it. This would allow access to the trunk through the back seat.

I didn't draw in the wires in the diagram, I know how to run those. And there will be a distribution block in the rear, non fused. There will need to be extra length of wires for the door to open.

Don't amp the rears, otherwise good. Use HU power on the rears.

Why not amp the rears? I always thought amp all speakers for greater sound intensity.

The Perfects are a really nice comp system and by amping the rears you'll lose some of the "front soundstage". The majority of your sound should be heard through your front speakers and the rest should be rear fill.You can still amp them,just keep the gains down.

Thanks, that makes since. I put the Perfects in today and they sound great. Only one of the woofers is in the other one has a dent in the cone. Infinity has a 3 year warranty if only I could find the receipt.
