96 Max Fuse Box underdash issues

96 Max Fuse Box underdash issues
Hope everybody is doing well. The fuse box under dashboard is halve of the fuses are working they are good fuses. Do I need to replace whole block? The car has been siting for a while, about to start driving it again. Any ideas?
