If that's with the subs that's pretty light. My twelves are at least 20 lbs each for the drivers.

You are starting to see why I am using a composite enclosure for the subs. The first box I made was at least 80 lbs empty. And that didn't include the baffle, which is at least 30 lbs.

I am running a JL Audio 10W3 in a custom made fiberglass enclosure. Speaker weighs in at about 12lbs. and the box at 15lbs. 27lbs. total,,,I didn't think that was too bad. Of course, that is only 1 10",,,,,not 3 or 4 like you have KC....hehe,,,,,DMAN

total system weight when I had my trio of JL 10W6s in the car was 350lb, with the amp rack, amps, subs, etc all installed. the box itself weighed about 80lb, then the subs added about 20 each. then I had 40lb in amps and 80lb in the amp rack.. another 50 in covers, and 30 in wiring alone. 2awg wire is friggin heavy!
