What's the best manual for stereo installs?
 

What's the best manual I can pick up for my 4th-gen Max that details stereo installs down to these processes:

- installing head unit ('tho Dereck Willis' manual should be able
to get me through this, I thought I'd list
it anyway)

- installing front speakers, including running speaker wire
- installing rear speakers, including running speaker wire
- running power wire/remote/RCAs to the rear/trunk
- feeding power wire back into the engine bay

Anything that covers all of these that I can buy/download? I think service manuals cover the speakers and head unit, but I don't know if they go over running wires for an amp. Pictures are always helpful.
Any suggestions? If you have any, please let me know (if you can) where I can find it, and roughly how much it costs. Thanks!
