ECU and anti theft defeat help

A group of my friends and I are currently building a 4th gen road race car. It is completely stripped but with so many things disconnected the anti theft is now preventing the car from starting by shutting off the fuel pump. Does anybody have any advice or know of a solution such as a way to either purchase a new ECU or somehow reprogram it? Any advice is helpful. Thanks.
