I bought something from him and didn't realize he was the other guy. The name I dealt with was JDM and I DID recieve my leather door inserts and he sent me tracking info in advance. I spoke to him over aim and through pm's and he was fine to me.

When I asked him about this thread and why so many people claim he's a scammer, he said that he lived right where many of those hurricanes hit and his house was severly damaged. That's just what he told me...

Am I the only one who has recieved what they paid for?

seeing as how i know tommyali/jdm, he has no house anymore. all the **** that you guys bought from him was taken by insurance from the shop that he worked at before it was torn down. the shop was located on 17. secondly, his house has just been condemmed, well, 4 days ago and he had to relocate to tampa.

jeez guy, cut the guy a brake. its all bs until you are the one in that situation. tell me what you'd do then.

i havent seen him in some time, but i know for a fact that he has no house and all the **** in the shop was taken.

Is that an excuse for him not replying to my Emails, and when he did reply, lying to me?

I'm not covering for him, I mean, I have no clue what he sent you in emails, pms, etc. What exactly did he say?

When someone says: "I'll send you your money back...." , that should automatically raise a red scam flag! He said the same thing when I was inquiring about a Wolfen amp he was selling in the classifieds. He almost had me til he said the magic phrase. Wut a low budget lame scammer. Assassinroon, I can find his *** for you but how much is the info worth to you?

dude, you need to learn english. second, im not defending him, just inquiring about him. I can't tell you where he lives if I don't know anymore. He's not the type who would do this, so if he said he sent it out, he did. If he didn't say anything, chances are it was claimed in the damaged shop.

you guys dont ****in know when to stop. hurricanes destroyed us here, cut him some slack. either way, its a chance you take when buying stuff online.

again, im sorry you guys had to go through this, but speaking from a hurricane victim myself, god give him a break.

sorry, but dont attack me for trying understand a situation or trying to help out.

too bad you cant find him, he moved to tampa. the ip address **** is just for the isp in tampa, not his personal house. you track the number, it gives you a general location of the server, not an exact address of the subscriber.

no matter how hard you tried, the isp in tampa wouldnt even sell you his info, let alone care what he does online.

sorry for getting defensive, but i take it personal when some people dont understand. I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU GUYS THAT SCAMMING WAS WRONG AND CHANCES ARE ID WANNA KILL HIM TOO. But, sometimes you need to use common sense in certain situations, perhaps a natural disaster would be a good time to utilize it.

oh, by selling information for an "*** beating" is called bounty and/or hiring a hit man.

Whoever said I'll find him that way? I've tracked down car thieves moving around from coast to coast, and their professional. This kid is an amateur. Theres so many ways to trace someone, ie: when he buys a cell phone or rents an appt or finances a car, etc. How do creditors catch up to people no matter how many times they've moved or changed phone numbers. Everytime they apply for something, their SS# shows up in the system. Unless you have diffferent identities w/ diff SS# but those can still be cross-referenced.

First of all jackkiss2888 you wouldnt be talking so lightly if he was holding your money. Now tell me this how the first email says yeah i sent your package. Then hes in the hospital then i get another email saying now i sent the package. Now i get no response. Whatever happened to him your telling me he has no way to get online and say yeah i dont have your item or what not. I tried to be sympathetic but I will find him and get my 175 dollars.

I'm on it too just to show this kid how it feels to be jerked around. Assassinroon, if you haven't seen this yet, he's been flaunting the stuff he stole from org'ers in this thread: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....2&page=4&pp=30 . What a moron.
