DON'T BUY FROM FAST LANE PERFORMANCE.

Yes I know some people who live in the DC area had their intakes made by them (BRUCE a.k.a. Papasmurf and RICHARD a.k.a. Nightrider) but those of us who went though mail got royally screwed. I have been contacted by a few people who have not recieved them either, one of which has waited over 2 months. We sent in hundreds of dollars and this is what we got.

Initially they were very nice and Richard responded to all my emails. He was nice to talk to and reassured me the product was coming. Then I was told it would be there in a week. Well of course it didn't come, so I emailed him. He said they were waiting on one to ship the batch. But another week and I didn't see anything. This time is said they were have problems with the shipping carrier. Another week goes by... I email and PM him and I get NO REPLIES. Another week and another buyer contact me and said Bruce was going to ship them out on Friday the 13th (last friday) OVERNIGHTING them to us with a $25 refund. :laugh: Were we supposed to believe that? Of course we didn't recieve ANYTHING. So as of right now I am declaring my money an outright loss. And hopefully enough people who bought mail order from them will post here and they will get permanently BANNED as roadbeast was. That is my goal.

Yeah that would be nice... or even if he responded to my PM or if Richard responded to my eMails. :rolleyes: A month and nothing shows and no replies to eMails and PMs - we have to face the truth. :(

I too have become victim of FastLane. Rich(NightRider) and Bruce(Papasmurf) have been giving me the run around for 2 months now. I ordered the intake from them in July and was told I was going to recive it within the following week. Turns out nothing comes, then I get a Sh*t load of excuses but no intake. I was told by Rich he would resend it by Fed EX and give me the tracking #'s the next day. Sadly to say, that was the last I ever heard from Rich. He never contacted me again, even when I sent emails to him. Then Bruce tells me recently he was sorry for the long delay and will be shipping me the intake and a $25 refund on the 14th. Well Guess what didn't show up on Saturday? You guessed it, Nothing. I PMed him and no response from him yet. FLP screwed people over the mail really bad, and I bet the're still trying to promote a product that will never show up.

If you wrote them a check or paid thru credit or bank card, you can get your bank to go after them. I hope you didn't use paypal.

At least these guys are in the country. If Roadbeast was here, I would have gone after him.

I payed via money order. They wouldn't accept Paypal.

Do you have the reciept to the money order???? Try to get the police involved or file a small claims suit against them. Your money is not at a loss yet.

Yes I do and if they don't reply to this thread in 48 hours I will do so.

I know Bruce and Richard personally, I have Pm'd them both. I hope you get your issues resolved and I am trying to help out my VA brothers:D

I'm suprised...

I'm not here to support or say that these guys are good business people. But I really think that they'll make right of the situation. I hope things work out. I'll try to give them both a call and see if they'll drop a line of whats going on. Again, I'm not taking a side here.

Thanks to both of you guys, I would really like to get one of them in here before making anything more goes on. :)

That's weak that it takes almost 3 months to ship something out.

I know i'm coming in on the tail end of this thread, but i'll try to get in contact with them tommorrow to let them know all of your concerns. I hope the situation can be resolved sooner than later.

I'm glad Cutlr7 PMed me to let me know that you guys haven't received your intake yet. I gave the intakes to Bruce to ship out and he assured me that he has already done so. Until now I didn't hear otherwise so I assumed it was taken care of. I haven't seen a dime of your money as it was invested into your product. Your intakes have already been made. I don't know why you haven't gotten them yet other than that excuse. Again I had no idea that you guys didn't recieve them yet and I apologize for the inconvenience. PharoNDmist, I PMed you on Friday to see if you recieved it yet. I was told by Bruce that you did. Apparantly you didn't. Your inbox was full and it hasn't been cleared out for me to send it again. Cyrus, I haven't been able to access my email for the past 2 weeks. I'm sorry if I missed it. I'm definitely going to get to the bottom of this and find your intakes. If I have to I'll make more. We are in no way trying to cheat anyone on here. Many DC area members know us and know that we are honest people. Again I'm sorry for the mix up but I will personally fix the situation. Vyrus, and Pharo, I'm going to PM you both my home phone number as some sign of security.

As another bystander who has no stake in the matter, I can verify that in my attempts to contact them on an UNRELATED issue, richard has maintained (via posts on the org) that he has been having email difficulties for right around 2 weeks. He has always offered his phone number, or has allowed for posts through the org.

I hope that all is resolved quickly.

I don't know why my inbox is full I cleared everything out Yesterday. On the other hand, I did not receive the intake from Bruce. I don't know why he told you I received one because he told me he would ship it Fri,13 overnight with a $25 refund, and it would be at my house on the 14th. I recived nothing. I can PM you what he told me if you like.Cyrus and I have been waiting for a while now, and so have some other members. It dosen't convince me that it will be here soon becuase I was told that so many times. Can you give me an exact date, of which I'm going to be recieving my intake? You can respond to me over the thread just in case my mailbox is full(which it shouldn't be). But thank you for responding and giving me an explanation of the situation.

I know him personally and I don't think he is the type to cheat you out Cyrus. If he doesn't send it to you, I'll beat him up for ya!

I'm happy that you guys are getting ot the bottom of this matter. Both Bruce and Rich are some great guys just trying to put out an aftermarket product for our maxima's. There intentions are in the least to rip people off. I hope the misunderstanding between you guys gets worked out and you guys get your intakes from Fast Lane Performance and enjoy just as much as i have mine.
