Don't any of these dealers do satisfaction surveys?

At the dealer where I work, all three vehicle lines do customer followup calls on every person who sets foot in here for service. If they answer anything less than a 5 on 1-5 scale, they get a call from our service manager and we try to take care of the problem. We take our 96% Customer satisfaction rating pretty seriously I guess. I'd definitely come here if I had a car that we dealt with.

We also see lots and lots of mods, being a VW dealer...everyone and their mom here has a modded jetta, and no problems with their warranty.

It's just sick that these dealers are such ****s to their customers.

Anyway, are Jeep, Volvo, and VW the only lines that do this?
Nissan should start if they dont already.

I get a call from the nissan dealer I bring mine to, but his heart isn't in it. I thought they were pretty good until the first time we brought the volvo in for service.... WOW! We got a car (no questions), an apology that they had to give us a car because they couldn't fit our service in quick enough, a free wash/vac/fluids... volvo is AWESOME!

Nissan is OK in my book, but they are also a totally different class of car. With what my Cross-Country booked at versus the Nissan, they should give me more than Nissan does... I guess
