I'm tired of JWT's lengthy worktime.....

I sent in a 96 auto ECU to JWT in early August to get it switched over to a 5 speed and to get some other things tweaked. About a month ago they call me and tell me that they can't switch it to 5 speed for some unknown reason. That pissed me off because if they had looked at the ECU for 5 minutes in August, they could have told me that then and saved a whole lot of time. Two weeks ago I get a call from them telling me they have a core 5 speed ECU to transfer the ECU info to, and they said that since I've been waiting for so long they would have it finished up and sent very soon (like 2 weeks ago). I call them today and the ECU isn't done yet.....for no reason at all. I'm tired of this run around nonsense. I know that they are busy, but this is not how you run a buisness.

Word to the wise- if you plan on working with JWT, plan about 6 months in advance....cause that's how long it's gonna take to get a damn ECU reprogrammed.
