Courtesy Nissan:mixed

the good: prompt shipping, good phone conversations.
the bad: missing part from order

in their defense, when i notified them of the error, they promptly shipped the missing part, and did not charge me(as they should have.)

Why should they have charged you for them making an error and shipping you less than what you paid for?

If anything they should have given you a refund or redemption of some kind for making you wait for that much longer to get what you paid for.

I have also had good experiences with courtesy. Except for the high shipping charges for some of the more elusive product everything else has been good.

I guess I should clarify, by "as they should have", I could have left off the "have." I have seen places try that ****(and gotten my way) but hey, the parts got to me in about 3 days. thats why i stated "mixed opinions."
greeny: so far, my local nissan has pretty good prices, and have started getting some parts from them.

What happened to Courtesy's online parts catalog??? I'd used it several times over the last couple of months and now it's gone. I e-mailed their listed contact twice, but never got a response......

got there no problem.

only thing I don't like: the fact they use their stock numbers, not Nissan part numbers. going to the dealership with the wrong part numbers is embarrassing...
