Stillen bs!!!
So I purchased 2 sets of spacers from Stillen and the 10mm set didn't work out on the front because the bolts wouldn't go on correctly. So I contacted them to return the part-that was over 3 weeks ago and they are still giving me the run around.
They are requesting me to pull off my wheels and try and fit the bolts on the rear which I can not do because I don't have the proper tools/garage to do the work. I already spent .5 hrs on labor to find out that they didn't fit and refuse to spend any more. I am about to flip my lid and start MFing folks there. The experience has been BS to the tenth degree |
That sounds like a pretty reasonable request to me. do you not have carry a jack and lug wrench suitable for changing a flat tire? it takes 10 minutes to jack up the car with the factory jack and pull off a wheel.
Don't have room at your place? go to the closest Big Box store of your choice and use their parking lot. You ain't in NYC where there's no parking. |
No I don't. I don't even keep a spare for weight savings. I make my money and pay people to do work I don't feel like doing. A professional tried to install and the bolts were chewed up by the original hub- that shouldn't happen.
If a person wants to return an item- they should be able to with out a runaround about their supplier. I mean, If I buy a carton off eggs and they're bad- I'm going back to the store that sold them to me, not the farmer who provisioned the store. I've had over 3 weeks of this sh*t. I have had Stillen parts on all 4 nissans( 2 300Zs and 2 Maximas) I have owned. I'd considder myself a Stillen advocate and it's upsetting that I am getting a run around. I even want to take the refund and get a Lip spoiler or UDP. |
