Courtesy Nissan - Good Experience
Recently took the wife's '08 Pathfinder into Courtesy Nissan for service on the fuel level sensor. There was a recall for the faulty fuel level sensor that covered her VIN with an extended warranty up to 100k miles. Unfortunately hers was already at 110k and wasn't covered.
Talked to Bob in Service and he had me call Nissan Consumer Service and after a brief conversation they agreed to pay a portion of the service to be performed. I told Bob and he processed the repair at 'warranty' pricing of $360 instead of the normal charge of $460. After the service was completed, I paid the lower price of $360 and called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they agreed to refund $250 of what I spent!
I really wasn't expecting much out of Nissan as far as them paying a portion of the repair...maybe $100 or so...so this was pleasant.
Aside from the good Service experience, the guys in Parts are always selling me parts for my Maxima at a cheaper price...usually matching online pricing I find.

It's good to see a dealer like Courtesy Nissan. I understand their online parts store has very competitive pricing. The dealer experience you describe goes without saying.
On one of my trips to the DFW area I may need to swing by Richardson and pay them a visit.
