The First Official Maxima.org Detailing Showoff Thread

We all tend to discuss the methods to detail our Maxes. Well, now it's time to show off the fruits of our labors.

What is a showoff thread without the moderator starting the show.

This was one of my favorite because it is so hard to get white to really stand out.

these image sizes/resolutions dont do justice to the real look of the car....is there any way to post higher res pics? any place that will host them? cardomain stuff always looks pretty poor.... nadir's pic is a nice quality, plus it looks awesome! just wait till i finally get my car back.....

Finally detailed with Clay Magic clay bar, 3M SMR, Zaino polish, then a layer of Ibiz.....

how do i get cardomain to post higher res. pics?

lol, i just used klasse All-In-One for that one. The key behind that shine is that the car had been taken care of... always wax on the car and stuff. I am ashamed of the swirl marks on the car though, but w/ the help of the detail guru's here, i'm hoping to get the swirls and other imperfections out.

You guys really ought to take advantage of PrinzII's detail chatroom on mondays. I told them my situation, and bought my products accordingly. If you want to get your car to shine beautifully, you can't achieve that w/o the right advise.

Blackfire PollyClay, a coat of Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish with the Porter Cable, and a final coat of Blackfire All Finish Paint Protection with the Porter Cable. It turned out really good and the paint feels like glass. In my opinion, the finish turned out just as good as Pinnacle Souveran. Here is the best pic i have at the moment.
