strip primer/paint off stillen front lip
Guys, I am desperately thinking about re-doing my stillen front lip. I want to strip all old primer and paint that is already stripping off of it completely. Those of who may have done anything of this sort, what did you use to help speed up the process of the stripping and make the job much easier? So far I have been running a putty knife lightly over it to just get rid of the flakes. Appreciate any response. Thanks

nooooo,plz noo.
No chips, but it just wasnt done good. Its stripping in multiple places. Primed it using primer home Home Depot, sprayed it with can spray, cleared it, and thats when all the problems started. Checked a shop today, they wanted $100 just to strip.I left immediately.

you're gona have to sand until its smooth enough/throw a small layer of body filler on it (the one used for flexible pieces) sand then paint. its going to be alot of work..enough that you actually may wanna reconsider having them strip it and you go on from there...
