Intake dyno advice

I'd like to get a baseline for stock, and also with the intake installed (not sure which brand I'm gonna buy yet). Will the numbers be accurate if I do 3 pulls with the stock setup, and a couple pulls right afterwards after swapping intakes on the dyno?

I know you have to reset the ecu since you should unplug the maf, so is there a period of driving time that needs to be given for the computer to adjust? Could I just leave the maf plugged in the sensor, swap the intakes, and re-dyno?

I'm just tryin to save a couple bucks and a little hassle by getting it done all at once. If its gonna skew the results I'll go on separate occasions.

BTW its gonna be on my gf's 03 Auto SE.

Just get the results on the same day. Pay attention to the a/f ratios to see what the MAF is doing w/ the intake.
