Dyno'ed Again - '03 4AT

So I dyno'ed my '03 Base again yesterday. I have to say I'm a little surprised and disappointed at the results. I was going into it thinking between 215-220 whp based off my track times (14.4@96) and my previous dyno back in 2009. As you'll see, that wasn't the case. I have a few ideas as to why, but looking for some feedback here.

Mods (current):

GAB
K&N
NWP Spacers
NWP BOP
Stock Timing

Here's my dyno from May of 2009

Mods at that time:

K&N
Timing Advance

At that time my car was running 14.9@92. After the spacers, BOP, and GAB my current best is 14.4@95. That was mid 80's temp with humidity which i'm confident I can do 14.3 or better with cold weather. What I don't understand is why I'm only measuring ~5 whp and ~ 5 wtq gains at peak. Both dynos were dynojets. Temps were 6F cooler first dyno and I did have the timing advance which is probably worth ~4-5 HP?

On a positive note you can see the area under the curve is a little more broad and its making more power earlier in the RPM range which is good. I'll try and get back on the dyno once more with the timing advance and cooler weather.

Im no dyno expert but the spacers, like Aaron said only make about 1hp on the 5500rpm range, but you can see where it is making the 10hp and 12tq in the 4300 range but to me might be on point but who knows, I will do one by the end of the month with just JWT popcharger, and BOP...and another by Christmas with Full Cattman Exhaust...

And what does your car weigh? Mine weighed 3315 with me in it and I'm 180 lbs.

I forgot to mention my motor mounts are also going out. My car vibrates a fair amount at idle and you could visibly see the engine torque a couple inches on the dyno. I'm thinking I'm losing some here too.

Made it back on the rollers yesterday. Since the last dyno I changed my motor mounts and spark plugs.Made 207 whp and 220 wtq. Last trip to the track i went 14.4@98. Not much improvement but there is some to say the least.

If I read it right, you don't even have headers or a tune? I've seen 3.5s dyno a few hp higher with your current mods but 98mph is good for an auto and the few mods you have....

I dunno what mine weighs, but I dyno'd 214whp/233wtq and went 14.0 @ 99.8..if you are making 215+ you would expect to trap over 100..seeing that you made 207 a 98 mph trap seems about on par to me..
