water pouring from behind motor

Out Of No Where My Car Went Nuts... Started.Idling Funny With A Wierd Noise N Noticed My Temp Gauge Shot Up. I Got Home Asap Was Just A Fewblocks Away And Water WasEmpty. I Refilled And As I Pour In, Behind My motOr It Poured Right Back Out In Sequence. I Recently Had Valve Cover Gaskets Replaced... But I Need To Know How To Get To The Area To See If (Hopefully) Its Just A Hose ....Can Someone Give Me An Idea How To RemoveAnd What I Need To Remove To Get To That Area?
