I'M BACK! House, hard drives, videos, jobs..... Good to be back

I was going to move them off of my laptop and the hard drive crashed wiping out all of my info from college and my videos. I just now got my computer back into a good working order with a new hard drive but I want to try to get all my videos backed up so that is why I am checking around.

The ones that I didn't have backed up on CD was the supercharged ones (where I started up in my driveway and where I took off from a stop through a 1-2 shift). Does anyone have them out there?

Sorry I have been gone for a little while. I managed to get a job after 3 months of being unemployed and I started in November working at Bellsouth (in the billing department) in Alpharetta. My wife and I just bought our new house in Lawrenceville (off of Ronald Regan) about a month ago and we are just now starting to get things straightened out and arranged. We have a great back yard (fully wooded) and a hell of a big back porches. Might make for a good cook out meet sometime. Who knows. I check the forums at work since they have a good connection and I am on dial up at home though. ARRRRGHHHHH!!!!

I can't wait until house projects are done and then I can get back to my Maxima and start building my own PC.

How is everyone? Good to be back once again.

sup Justin.. i didn't know you had videos.. never saw any of them

jgadlage Jan 9, 2003 06:10 AM

I had them listed on my Geocities website, but I kept going over the bandwidth limit and getting my website shut down for an hour. I decided to take them offline and IM them to people as they requested, but as you have heard I had to start from scratch with what I was able to save.

They weren't anything spectacular like some turbo and burn out videos I have seen, but they were nice to have as reference for others wondering about the V1 SC sound and VB shifting firmness.

That is the good part about where I live- just about 10 minutes from everything. What do you have done to your Max again?

I think I might have the video where you do the 1-2 shift. I'll have to take a look when I get home.

Well Well, long time no see Justin. Man, I thought you died or something lol. When I get back home, I will try to see if I have any videos. You might want to contact Bags533. He is a video whore and has almost every imaginable Maxima video on his PC. Good luck with the house and the computer. Check out the SE forum, we have a meet on the 25th of this month. Interested in going?

jgadlage Jan 9, 2003 11:44 AM

Sounds good. Where is the meet being held at? I'll check the SE board and see if I can find it in the meantime. Having a little downtime at work rocks!

Justin,

I have the video of you in the driveway where you go inside the car and start it up for like 10 seconds and then turn it off. I can't host, am using hotmail (megabyte limited), so try to catch me on AIM sometime. BadFish209.

BTW, I don't know if you remember or not, but I was the kid who emailed you about a year and a half ago asking you for advice on tons of mods...damn I was a newbie. You might remember me asking you about 17's vs. 18" rims, about their weight and offset, what size tires...then I emailed you a million more times about other crap. :D I was bone stock and automatic at that time.

Craig,
Yeah I remember you. The only way to learn is to ask questions, and I don't mind answering all of them. =)

That video (me in the driveway) is one of the ones. My AIM is blown0690. I will be online sometime after 5 usually.
