I just bought a 95 GLE from that was taken care of except for a coupe of things. The guy I bought it from had this nissan touch up paint and he used on a few places on his car. The color is the sae as the car but it kinds of bulges out. I wanna just sand it off but Im not sure I wanna do that. I need some suggestions. How can I smooth this bulging crap out and make it look halfway decent?

Well, if you sand it off, you can try to apply a thinner coat of touch up paint. But if don't paint over that, sanding it will just ruin the paint there.

Don't sand it

Even if you use 1600 grit, it'll still mess up the paint. Maybe if you go really lightly. I suggest a thin smooth layer of touch up paint followed by a nice job of buffer after the paint dries a bit.

whoa whoa, sanding, thats pretty scary...try some of this stuff http://www.langka.com/

some TL owners have used it an sed its pretty good. I myself have yet to try. but this seems like a hellofalot better option than sanding.
