I'm trying to clean my engine...

Some reconditioning place I used to go to(since closed down)used to spray a couple products on the interior roof of the hood and all over the engine. After he rinsed it off it looked amazing, but I can't find what he used. I think one of them was called engine brite...Anyone know where to get stuff like that online?
