500 mi. on exedy clutch... wow it's soft
alright well, i just hope that's how it will last for at least another 60-100k miles, considering i don't drive too hard at all. Now w/ 500 miles on my clutch, i'm a bit worried if the softness is normal or not. It sorta feels like my previous CenterForce clutch when it started to slip. Either way, I love the feeling of the clutch, i just hope it stays like that and doesn't get any softer!

cool.
I wonder if my results will be the same. I cant remember, I believe you used the stock flywheel right? MrGone |

Mines soft too and I absolutelty love my Exedy Clutch. Its an excellent clutch, I have about 1500 miles on it and no problems, I love it!

i've looked into the Exedy as well. have not gotten one yet, but prior posts about it on the 3rd gen forums have information that corroborates that it is soft but grips like a demon. as if it is soft, then suddenly grips with amazing force. so i figure the softness is characteristic of Exedy.
and everyone loves it. |
i have 500+ miles on mine too and its really soft :)

i have 1200+ mi. on it and I'm loving it. It is soft, but makes it easier for my daily driving :)
And, it grips like hell :D |
