Maxima.org's 2004 Calendar PART II

Since there were SOOOOOOOOOO many people that said they wanted to enter their car's in the calendar and since I am being VERY nice, Maxima.org will come out with 2 2004 calendars.

PLEASE READ the WHOLE post before submitting your photos

If you would like your car to be in the Maxima.org calendar 2004, please post TWO (2) small (300x300) pictures of your car (MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SUBMITTED PICS=2 ) in ONE post. PLEASE don't make a post with more than 2 pictures of your car in the thread. Repeat submissions will be deleted from the thread.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: December 16, 2003 11:59PM PST

At that point, we will gather all of the photos and the community will vote on which cars will be in the calendar. Voting will take place from December 17, 2003 to December 23, 2003.

If you miss this deadline...TOO BAD! I won't listen to any more excuses
RULES FOR ENTRY:

1. If your car is chosen to be in the calendar, you will NOT receive any profits from the sales of the calendar, you agree to let Maxima.org use your pic, etc...If your car is chosen an agreement must and will be signed in order for your car to be in the calendar. This will be worked out at a later date.

2. No more than 2 images will be accepted for submission.

3. If you are chosen, the original image size MUST be
- 300 dpi
- 1725 x 1350
- Jpeg format

4. Background of images: Your car is the focal point of the image. Therefore, NO people, garbage cans, buildings (i.e. warehouses/ugly buildings), animals, other cars, etc can be visible in your submission. Trees, fountains, water, and nice scenery/backdrops are ok.

5. Position of car: Side shots or ¾ views are accepted. NO front views please. Please curb/turn your wheel the correct way when taking photo, so we can see your wheels and not your tires.

6. If your car is not chosen for the calendar, NO complaining, whining, etc will be tolerated.

7. Maxima.org has the right to revise any rules or contracts without notice to you.

clee130: In order to keep this thread on topic and to let Jane have less of a headache, only pictures will be allowed. No "I nominate so-and-so" or "That looks great! That should be in the calendar!" type posts.

This thread is for the submission of pictures of your own car unless you have permission from the owner to post pictures of their car.

And you think you need new shots of your car and want them to be the best? Read these posts to learn how to take pictures like the pros:

I do agree somewhat with Kloogy, Some people i think just did not notice you guys were asking for pictures untill you started asking for votes. Here is a pic of my car. I can get the custommax stuff taken off of the pic

I wanted to do 2 calendars, but didn't think there would be enough interest. We can scrap the whole 2nd calendar idea if there isn't enough interest, but the release of both calendars would have been the same time.

Ok fine...2nd calendar has been scrapped. No 2nd calendar.
