What a race, heres the cars and there mods. My friends got a nice 79 Camarow has a 350 in it and it's bored out 40, he also has a stall convertor and a MSD ignition, huge straight pipes and a hole bunch of other good stuff that I can't remember. Well I raced him in my 5spd 95 Max which has a Alluminum flywheel, Centerforce Clutch, RT Cat and my 50 lb Chrome Bangers. Well heres how the race went down...

We lined up on the highway{37 in R.I.} and then we were off, my friends Camaro launched like a slig shot and I bogged so he opened up a instant 2 car lead, so I figured it was all over, but nope, by the time I hit 2nd gear I was begining to real him in slowly, by the time I hit 60 my nose was at his tail so I banged it into 3rd and just starting walking him!! Well by the time I hit about 110 I called it quits and opened up about a 2 1/2 car lead :D . What a win! After all the smack talken my Max once again laid the smack down muhahah.

After the race the excuses begain, his defense was he missed a shift and his timing was screwed up? Well I beleave him because he is a good friend of mine and his car was smoken a bit{HAHA} but none the less a win is a win :D . He wants to race again tomarrow night after he straigtens his car out. I think tomarrow night it will be real close race because before his car started smoken we played on the highway a little and we were dead even up 110 MPH.
