Just wondering what kind of times have been posted for stock Maximas. I have a 96 SE auto, and when stock I ran a best time of 10.08 at about 72 mph with a rt of .612 Don't have a close 1/4 mile track to get that time so if you can post your 1/8 ET that would be nice. I would like to see if there are any differences between the years(95-00) and how much difference there is between auto's and 5spd's. Thanks for replies

times...

First of all...I dunno if you understand but...Reaction Time has absolutely nothing to do w/ your E.T. or MPH....with that out of the way...

My 2000 Maxima GXE 5-speed ran:

R/T : .558
60' : 2.236
330' : 6.287
1/8 : 9.622 @ 72.97 mph
1000 : 12.511
1/4 : 14.936 @ 93.59 mph

That was my best time of 4 runs (14.93, 14.96, 15.09, 15.12)
My car had only 700 miles on it at that time.

ENJOY!

Your stock 1/8 mile is really good for a stock 4th gen auto. I think a stock auto and 5 speed are gonna be very close in the 1/8th. It's the last 1/8th where the auto is gonna lose ground really quickly. The 5 speed has a pretty wicked 3rd (67mph-98mph) and will pull harder in the topend.

My 1/8th miles with dismal 2.4 second 60 foot times are in the 9.6-9.7 range at 74-75mph. Of course this was with a y-pipe, intake, and B-pipe. If I could keep my 60 foot down in the 2.2 range, I'd be in the 9.4 1/8ths.
