as far as size and all : 18" Racing Hart M5's (1-piece) with Toyo Proxies 225/40/Z18..

Airbags are somewhat like hydrolics in that the car can raise and lower with the flick of a switch, but hydros use hydrolic pumps and airbags use aircylinders that expand and un-expand.. I will post pictures of install and final product and all, it's all coming in 2 weeks thanks to alex at southwest autoworks.. great guy. cant wait to drop 6inches!!!

i am so happy to finally have rims, i'll have more picks this weekend.. during the day.. maybe with my TV/PS2 installed :D

working on a porsche turbo 13.3" brembo big brake system.. costly and have to make some custom brackets.. we'll see. :eek:

i second the Porsche brake kit, what about the Wilwood 12.2s and Stillen x-drilled rears? that would be a more budget idea, and alot less of a ***** than the Stillen APs for fitment, but the Porsche would be really tite, just hopefully not too much $$$

they may look the same, but the ones on Ebay will crack if you hit a hard bump.. plus i like having the real deal..

as far as the brakes go, i am striving to be completely different and to stand out... a few people have wildwoods and stillen's brakes, i want porsche to be different.. kinda like jeff (shadow) who did the 300ZX conversion..

we'll see.. :D

bah...small azz 18's!!! j/k. Looks real good! Why not just go all out and get Mclaren F1 brakes?

:laugh: i think stopping a McLaren from 231mph takes more effort than the Maxima would ever need, you could always make your maxi go 231 mph, that would be a cool project

every time i see your sig pic, i glance quickly and think that you have an air scoop on your roof... then i realize i am a dumbass and see it is only a car in the background.... anyway, mr. sadler, let us know how the airbag install goes :)

Sounds good. More than enough bass for me. Definately worth it for all its practicalities. Please don't pay the price Crutchfield is selling, it's a rip-off. PM me if you'd like more info.

mclaren brakes huh? :eek: haha, that would be the price of a new 2k2 max. :laugh:

pics of the bags will come, alex called me last night and everything should be here by NEXT friday.. and installed on the weekend.. it may be a trade off tho, install the bags or the complete trunk setup? hmmm.. probably bags, cuz i'd have to take all the stereo out to do the bags.. oh well..

i'll post good pics when my car gets back from nissan..
