Time for a REAL HID's.. need input..

Well I know of some of the companies and some of the prices out there for my 4th gen.. but I wanted to know about color..????

I want a look like the Benz CLK430 or the Acura CL/TL Type S..

Full out BRIGHT A$$ purple from far away and then up close it has a purplish look but will be really bright..

how hard is the install on these.. i know how to plug in a bulbs, and wire them up, but where do the ballasts get mounted (how hard is it to mount them)? anything else i need to know?

You mount the ballasts anywhere you can, that's about it. YOu will lose your high beams though.

yeah i know about the high beams.. not worried about it..

as far as the ballasts, guess i'll have to get em powdercoated RED like the rest of my engine stuff and mount em somewhere nice..
