Gues what's the most reliable 1997-model premium midsize?

Nissan Maxima, of course!:festive:

According to J.D. Power & Assoc. the Max topped the Toyota Avalon and Camry in a reliability survey for owners of 1997-model autmobiles.

btw, Nissan bagged 20th place overall with 371 reported problems per 100 vehicles (the industry average is 382).:( Honda and Toyota were tied @ 6th with 278.
Lexus, sorry over-priced Toyota:rolleyes:, was the winner for the 7th year with a mere 173, a 46 point beating over the 2nd place autmaker...Infiniti (219). The i30 topped both the Lexus ES300 and, yes - a celebration for many, the Acura TL.
Even though the gap is relatively large...Infiniti's 2nd place is nothing to be ashamed of, especially when it tops Acura (5th @ 255), Mercedes-Benz (10th @ 296), BMW (13th @ 320), and Audi (14th @ 328).
