do our cars have anything like this?

i know this is a Chrysler video but i was just wondering if my 95 maxima had anything like this and it mine could be going bad?

Lotus non-reversible tremble plates, and sinusoidal reluctance. And attach a **** disruptor to the turbo ecabulator. And there might be too much gas in the fuel system...
