I can easily do the challenge. Chevy dealer is by the place I volunteer at. I will do it tomorrow when I go to "work"

DAMN I passed one this morning that was in a performance shop parking lot but I didn't have time to stop. :mad:

At least you were in your maxima. I was in my work van when i look in the mirror and see the scoop in the top part of the bumper instead of the hood. Got a glimpse of the Z06 badge on the fender. I went to grab my cell phone to get a picture driving down the road and ill be damned that as soon as a look up the traffic light that was green is now red and the Z06 is on the other side already. There was no chance of catching up in the work van with its top speed only being 90mph. The next stop light was 5 miles down the road.

If no one completes the challenge in 48 hours, the challenge issuer has 24 hours to complete it. If the issuer completes the challenge, no point is given or lost. However, if the issuer does not complete the challenge, he/she loses a point.

No. You will not lose a point since you did not fail to complete your challenge, however your net total will not increase.

my question is...will I get a point for completing the challenge? Since it is MY challenge and nobody has done it and Ive been told that I must answer my own challenge now. So will I get a point? If not, Im not driving 20 miles to the chevy dealer for no point

If you complete your own challenge you will NOT get a point.

If you do NOT complete your own challenge you WILL LOSE a point

Yes and no. Your total number of points stays the same, IF you complete your own challenge.
You lose a point if you do not complete your own challenge. When you complete your own challenge you prevent yourself from losing that point.

:sprint: even if you don't complete the challenge (meaning you lose a point), its up to you to post the new challenge too.

OK, not to be nit-picky, but if mine didn't count because it was a C5 and not a C6 (as stated in the challenge), the challenge also states:

I don't see a problem because

1. It was his own challenge, not for any points at this point and

2. Doing this at a dealership is obviously a lot different than finding one in a parking lot. These are brand new, very expensive cars and a salesman or manager would be outside within 15 seconds to see what's going on if he pulls up right next to it and gets out to take a picture.

The main substance of the challenge is the c6 Z06 being in the picture. Yours was the wrong model Corvette. In my judgement, if you completed the challenge the way he did, I'd be fine with it counting. As I previously mentioned, a dealership is a lot different than a parking lot somewhere.

THIS! I was already hassled as soon as I pulled in. Had one guy walk over and look at me like WTF are you taking a picture of the car for. and if you want to get super ****ing technical...I was beside it....about 60ft beside it.

and C5 corvette and C6 corvette are completely different cars....thats why yours didnt count

Like there was a Vette inside that I have no idea what it was (my name is from a corvette, I love vette's) and thats crazy as I know a ton about them. It said like CJ2K on the door.....off to figure out what that was.

And I should get like 5points for having a not so hard challenge that nobody could do

Which page it is doesn't matter, as it depends on how many posts per page are set up for (I am set up for 30 for example, and this particular post is page 38. If you set your settings to only view 10 posts per page, you'll be at like page 200 something.
