Car doesn't start when it's upset?
 

I means sometimes my car doesn't start because it doesn't want too. Sometime I disconnected the stock air box and just leave the air duct open almost like a short ram and it will crank up most of the time but sometimes like today it just didn't want to crank up and about 5 mins later mashing on the throttle while turning the key over it turned on

Air filter is new not even a month old.

Fuel pump? It used to be when I'd park at an incline as my driveway is back in Miami it wouldn't crank and i suspected a weak fuel pump not delivering the fuel, but this is assuming. And I'm on flat parking space where I live now.

Any advice or suggestions or potential causes?

And battery is at 550 CCA ALT is at around 14.13 volts and starter is great too.
