Dirty engine

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have replaced just about every emissions part under the hood, tried sea foam but it won't stop bogging down or dying while I'm driving. There is so much build up on the inside of the motor. What can I do to clean as much as possible out short of dismantling the entire motor?

Dirt outside the motor won't cause it to bog down. A clogged Catalytic converter could...bad spark plugs, bad plug coil...
