Help ... car won't start

It got pretty cold here last night, below freezing, and now my car won't start. When I try, the lights on the dash flash and all I get is a rapid clicking noise (click click click click click ...). Do you think something froze up? Any ideas what I can check to get it going? Thanks

Maybe you need a new starter?

BATTERY

Your battery is weak and the cold got to it.

Yup. If you can take it to AutoZone to get it tested and charged if need be. However, it sounds like you are going to need a new one.
