No ... Bridgestone Potenza RE950 don't come in 18"?!?!

Looks like I'm going to have to settle for the RE730s. According to TireRack, the RE950s don't come in 235/40ZR-18. :(

I just got that size but I limited my choices to "all-season" and wound up with the Sumitomo HTR+. When you look closely at it it looks like a serious tire, not cheesy. I had seen good comments about Sumitomo on the web, that the price is low because they want more market share. I was afraid it was a Kuhmo or something.

If cost were no object I'd have gotten the Michelon Pilot's, they are sweet! I figure all-season makes the most sense because you're talking a treadwear of 360 to 400 AA A as opposed to the sticky tires that have 220 or something.

I've only driven about 60 miles so far but I'm surprised I have not noticed any negative effects on ride. I hit a pothole today too

Well, I was originally planning to go with the Kumhos in 235/40-18, but I saw a thread about how good the RE950s are, so I thought that I should go with those instead. But, TireRack doesn't have them in 235/40-18, so looks like I have to do some more tire research.

doh! Didn't know they were H-rated. Oh well. Should I just stick with the RE730s then? These will be going on my 18s (when I get them) and my stock wheels will be going back on in the winter anyway.
