Help! Fogs don't work...

I searched but couldn't find anything :(. I replaced my bulbs with Naxos Xenon Blues a while ago, and now they don't turn on. :confused: Could it be the fuse or do you think the bulb is blown? (I didn't touch them when I put them in though).
