what is the going market rate for the factory wheels?
I'm looking to buy a set. Is $1000 a fair price? |

I disagree, even with good tires, 600-700 is a good price. Why do yuo want to go with OEM wheels?? They are heavy, ugly, and tough to find tires for (225x50R17 is a rare size). For $1100 you can get a nice looking aftermarket set, will make you stand out in the crowd..

Dealer price...
if you get them from the dealer you are definetly getting ripped off they charge anywhere from $1000 to like $1500 for their rims. definetly go with some type of aftermarket rims!

Here's one for replicas for $450: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eb...135764&r=0&t=0
Do I think it matters if they're OEM or not? Nope. If you do, I know you can find OEM ones on eBay for a similar deal. |
Check my post in the Parts For Sale forum. The Antera wheels I have for sale are better than any stock wheel you can get.

It looks like I'll have some for sale...
I had mine sold (2K SE 17" rims) to a fellow, but he hasn't come through with payment. I'll let them go for $500 plus shipping. Let me know if you want me to send over some pics.
