I was driving in this pic, and Ed was videoing inside the car. This pic was from one of the guys there, who was also videoing and taking stills of the event. He said he liked watching the tire smoking action of the Maxima.:D

There are also plenty of video shots, which I will upload later this week.

This is just a teaser. We both placed and trophied in our class, and the Maxima was as fast as a lot of sticky tired, modified, sports cars that were running. Very impressive. You can see Ed's new wheels in this shot as well.

Can't wait till the next event. BTW, thanks Ed for letting me thrash your car at the event.:p

No, we both competed. We switched the numbers before each run. I was 20, he was 202.:)

Yes, those are SSR Competitions on my car. And yes, they look awesome....lol:laugh: .

Actually, I have no shame in admitting that VeeTec is a significantly better driver than I am, but I'm not chopped liver either. He placed first in our class and I placed third out of a field of eight I believe. BTW, I transferred the 8mm to VHS so I could watch it and its great. I'm gonna send you the tape back ASAP.

I just got the computer up and running this morning. We have finally moved. Don't send the tape until you hear from me Ed, I need to give you my new address.
